Lisa and Sammi own Nashville On the Market, a boutique real estate brokerage in Middle Tennessee. As a two-woman show, they want to do things differently. They’ve been business partners for over 5 years and strive to create a community-centric experience for their clients through open communication, personalized service, and commitment to their clients’ dreams and goals.

NASHVILLE REAL Estate Team BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY GOALS

As Nashville realtors, Lisa and Sammi dedicate so much time and energy into serving their clients that we really wanted those personal touches to shine through in their brand photos. To do so, they wanted to capture various parts of their processes, such as meeting with clients, showing homes, and staging accessories. They offer a free real estate consultation service, so we wanted lots of photos depicting the partnerships they create with their clients (i.e. usually people work with them for LIFE, not just for a one-time home purchase). 

Like in every Nashville realtor brand photoshoot, it was vital to capture a lot of Lisa & Sammi’s personalities. Both women are mothers, and both are passionate about their hobbies. Sammi is an incredible athlete and runner. Lisa likes to workout, too, and she’s constantly entertaining those around her, so we tried to capture some of the laughter these two share while working together. 

 

REALTOR PERSONAL BRANDING PHOTOSHOOT PROCESS

In order to get all the shots we wanted, we needed an indoor and outdoor location. We used their friend’s home in a Nashville neighborhood they sell in frequently. We started off with some shots of the pair working together. Both of them typically work from home or meet up to work together. 

We quickly dove into the “home staging” shots next. It was important to showcase both Sammi and Lisa staging the home because they are the ones doing the work with their clients every step of the way. 

Getting photos with a client could be used to talk about client meetings, house showings, and even renovation discussions on social media, websites, blogs, and more. Showcasing house closing gifts and celebrations display the personal touches working with a small firm has to offer. 

Finally, we made our way outside to capture more personal photos, including some with Sammi’s daughter & dog!

Sammi and Lisa are using these photos to let clients see the gals behind Nashville on the Market in social media posts, on their website, and in their blog posts. Standing out from the competition is about introducing yourselves to your clients and creating relationships. I’m so excited to see what comes next for these powerhouse women!
