Planning A Commercial Construction Photoshoot For Rhetson Companies, Inc.

Rhetson was in need of brand photos that showcased their services, new building projects, and client experience so that they could connect with prospective contacts. Of course, they are BUSY, so we worked together to build a brand photo package that enabled us to maximize just 1-2 days together in the year to show off their finished builds and various aspects of their process. 

Along with the building processes, we wanted to make sure we shone a light on the service aspect of their business. That means headshots of new employees and photos showing off the less-flashy moments such as planning meetings, office working sessions, etc. 

 

North Carolina Commercial Photography Goals

I haven’t mentioned yet that the Rhetson team are based near Pinehurst, North Carolina (I do offer travel brand photo services!) so the package we created allowed us to have more time together than my traditional 3-hour local photoshoot. 

Every Mandy Liz brand photo client has a few steps to complete BEFORE photoshoot day. An extensive shot list and lots of employees to work with boiled down to a full day with several locations. Before ever unpacking my suitcase, I worked with Erin and her team to create a very detailed timeline for the day with a checklist of what we needed to capture in each setting. 

PRO TIP: Take your time on the pre-photoshoot questionnaire.  And don’t forget to think about any props you will need for us to get everything on your shot list! 

 

Branding Photoshoot for Commercial Real Estate Firm In North Carolina

The team at Rhetson has been thrilled with their new brand photos! Firstly, they completely transform their website with high quality photos showcasing various stages of their process and updating their staff bios. 

I was also blown away by this book they created for potential partners and business leads! Using brand photos to enhance printed materials like this, or a press kit, do WONDERS for creating a sense of professionalism and familiarity with your brand!  

Web design and PDF printed materials were created and designed by Emily Piepenbrink. Website and PDF copy and messaging were written by copywriter and ghostwriter Danielle Cook.
