I was so excited when Tanya from Tennessee Family Doulas reached out to plan her second lifestyle branding photoshoot with me! I worked with her on a different brand photo session last year when she launched her website, so I was already familiar with her business and doula agency brand.

Tanya from Tennessee Family Doulas has done a great job of positioning herself and her team as the authority in Nashville for Doula and Birth Support services. Part of her success in carving out a space in the industry is through her investments in professional branding. How we planned this Nashville Double Brand Photoshoot

Tanya recently moved to Brentwood and she decided to plan an in-home branding photoshoot. Since Tanya is a Doula, she had a few pregnant ladies and 1 new mom participate as models for the pictures. Tennessee Family Doulas plans to host different workshops and intimate events through out the year, so we also made sure to capture some images that reflect a small gathering and educational content.

Tennessee Family Doulas hired Evergreen Events to style the shoot and decorate the tablescape. We incorporated fresh rosemary, blueberries, muffins, succulents, and a gorgeous floral centerpiece by One Wild Flower Designs.

How this Doula Brand Photoshoot was Different than our last round

Tanya and her doula team signed up for recurring brand photoshoots, and each session had different priorities. The first time we worked together, the focus was mainly on doula photos for her new website. We still included models and rented a home to take the brand photos, but the focus was on highlighting the services, ideal clients and how Tanya confidently and gently serves her Nashville clientele as a doula.

The second photoshoot was a bit different. Tanya already had doula headshots and photos to promote Tennessee Family Doulas, but she wanted more lifestyle content for social media and future promotions. The focus was more on the actual clients, and less on her interactions with them as a doula. She wanted custom stock photos of young families and babies so she would have images readily available to use for social posts and blog content.
