I had the pleasure of taking commercial photos for Southeast Venture, a large, enthusiastic team working in Real Estate in Nashville. Calling them a large real estate team is putting it mildly.

Southeast Ventures does everything in-house; brokerage, property management, development, and interior design. It was important that the photos I delivered demonstrated everything they did. Also that the images could be used across all media; websites, social media, print, etc.

Planning A Commercial Photoshoot For A Nashville Real Estate Firm

The best way to tell a potential customer that your company does a lot, is to show them. So for this commercial photoshoot, I wanted to have photos in all the different settings and locations that Southeast Venture works in around Nashville.

This included messy construction sites, full conference rooms, inviting interior offices, new commercial properties, open design rooms… And even a charming putting green used by the staff for afternoon breaks. We accommodated all these locations around Nashville in a single day of shooting.

To further demonstrate all that Southeast Venture does, I wanted to take photos of the individuals and team members in those locations. This would allow us to highlight not just the various aspects that Southeast Venture works on, but also the team that makes it all happen behind the scenes. We did this by organizing and communicating with many different team members to coordinate times for the different teams to get commercial photos. We showcased the builders, sellers, designers, interns, the marketing team, and more!

This collaborative effort ensured that each aspect of Southeast Venture’s expertise was authentically represented.
