Stephannie Bermudez is a Nashville health coach who’s passionate about helping individuals live and eat healthier. She helps her clients reset their relationships with food by teaching them how to grocery shop, cook, and meal plan. She partners with her clients to help them overcome the emotional, physical, and mental hurdles of their health journey. 

In addition to individual and group coaching, Stephannie is determined to create awareness surrounding nutrition and wellness in our culture. She and her team are working hard to create a healthier world through petitions. For example, they’re focusing on one to remove sodas from school cafeterias around America.

Stephannie’s goals for this brand photography session were photos to promote brand awareness, convert sales, inspire and educate her audience, and connect with major brands and retailers. Health coaching encompasses so many aspects of life, and we needed her audience to see that Stephannie authentically lives in the way she encourages her clients to. 

 

Health Coach Personal Branding Photoshoot Planning Process

For this health coach brand photoshoot, we started at an AirBnB near downtown Nashville. Here we captured lots of lifestyle shots of Stephannie practicing Yoga at home, cooking, prepping vegetables, putting away groceries, and reading. We also got some detail shots of books she loves, produce up-close, and unboxing items for educating her audience, sharing recipes, and giving all the details on her current favorites. 

Next, we headed to the Nashville Farmers Market. The Farmer’s Market is open 7 days a week and houses small shops as well as local produce and goods. We had originally planned to head to Whole Foods after this, but we ended up finding such beautiful produce at the Farmer’s Market that we decided to stay put and grab a few more shots there.

The photos from this health coach brand photoshoot turned out bright, bold, colorful, and fun… just like Stephannie! She has a vast library of brand photos ready to be turned into social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, news articles, or creating educational materials or courses for her clients. She can also use these professional brand photos on her health coaching website or as headshots!
