This forest green and champagne wedding at The Cordelle in Nashville, TN was a celebration that brought together loved ones from near and far! Dan and Regina planned their Nashville wedding from a distance. When we talked about their wedding photography, they both agreed that capturing genuine interactions and fleeting moments with their family and friends was their highest priority. From El Salvador to Japan, Dan and Regina had guests fly from all over to be able to witness their marriage, and they didn’t take it lightly that this would be an opportunity to spend time with loved ones they don’t typically see.
Regina and Dan exchanged vows during a traditional Catholic ceremony at Holy Family Catholic Church the evening before their wedding celebration. The sweetest thing about this is that Regina’s dad led the service and officiated their wedding ceremony. A sentimental moment from their service was the unity candle. As both sets of parents walked down the aisle, they made their way to a unity candle set up and lit a candlestick for each side of the family. Before Regina and Dan exchanged vows, they gathered around the candles and used the smaller candlesticks to light one larger candle in the middle.
My favorite thing about their second ceremony and wedding day at The Cordelle was the amount of joy and emotions you could feel all around them. Gaby and Mike, the bride and groom’s siblings, had everyone laughing and crying at the reception during their toasts. The live band was a hit and had all the guests dancing for hours on the dance floor! And Latin hour kicked off with arepas, glow sticks and party hats, which was a fun nod to Regina’s roots! All these little moments, and more, truly created an unforgettable day!
Another thing I loved about this wedding was the timeless forest green and champagne wedding décor they used at The Cordelle. The tables were set with white and green linens and simple floral centerpieces to add pops of color. The wine cork seating chart with minimal greenery designs was another gorgeous way to tie in their wedding colors. A crowd favorite from the reception was the three-tier dessert bar with baked goods and fresh pastries!
I have so many favorite pictures from this Cordelle wedding in Nashville, but you can find just a handful of the highlights below!
