I recently had the joy of working with the Cabán Family for Eli’s third year pictures. Christy and Miguel, are some of my favorite clients. They appreciate the value of capturing their milestones through family photo sessions, and I’ve captured memories for this sweet family since 2016!
One of my favorite things about being a family photographer is watching the changes and growth through out the years. My, how this family has changed! How can it be, that the little boy in this photo session is the same newborn Mom and Dad held in their arms three years ago?
For this Nashville family photo session we chose Vanderbilt University as our backdrop. Vanderbilt’s campus with gorgeous spiral stairs and unique architecture was the perfect spot. It was a lovely day to be outside!
I enjoyed how laid back and fun our time together was. The Cabán’s casual look was just right for this summer shoot outside. As you can see from the pictures there were lots of smiles, laughs and fun had by everyone.
One of my favorite shots was of Eli alone. He looks so grown up with his hands in his jean pockets standing in front of one of the buildings on campus. What a cute little man he is sporting straight jeans, a t-shirt and fun shoes. I also always love taking a few minutes to capture some pictures of just mom and dad during my family sessions!
