Local realtors, Lora Leigh and Julia Ann, teamed up a few months ago to launch Curb Appeal Nashville. As partners and collaborates their goal was to combine real estate know how while infusing design to create a unique experience. They booked a Nashville branding and headshot photography session because they needed update pictures together to promote their growing business!
We met at Broadstone Gulch, a luxury apartment complex in The Gulch with a stunning view and minimalist units. This setting was absolutely perfect for updating head shots, especially because of the white walls, cabinets, and tile back splash. Lora Leigh is also the owner of The Y’all Book, and she sells vintage rugs. She brought one of her rugs to the photo shoot, and it perfectly complemented the space and the ladies’ outfits!
We used the apartment’s open concept kitchen as a main backdrop for the headshots. Since Curb Appeal does a lot of open houses and home walk throughs, it made sense to work in a home setting. I focused on capturing pictures of Lora Leigh and Julia Ann together, as well as individual headshots so they could have diversity for promotional items, and several options to choose from!
My favorite thing about this Nashville realtor branding photography shoot is that Lora Leigh and Julia Ann appear welcoming, approachable, and warm! I love that these ladies have teamed up and work together to sell homes, and I believe these headshots successfully reflect their amazing collaboration. You can find some of my top picks from their session below!
